The Doonholm website consists of 2 levels:

1. The Public domain – accessible to all users, providing information on brands distributed by Doonholm and,
2. The Registered domain – accessible to Doonholm registered customers only, facilitating online ordering.

1. Customer registration

You must become a registered user of the Doonholm website before you can order products online. Please note that your company must be an exisiting Doonholm customer. Please contact Doonholm if you wish to become a customer.

1. Click on Customer Registration Form button in the top navigation bar.
2. The Customer Registration Form will now be displayed.
3. Complete all fields marked with an asterisk *.
4. Once you have made sure that all the information you have entered is correct, click on the Submit button at the bottom of the page to submit the form.
5. Once you have completed and submitted the Application Form, a confirmation message will be displayed.

Your application will be processed in 2 working days provided that you are an existing Doonholm customer.

2. Logging in to the registered section of the Doonholm website

Once the application has been processed, your username and password for the website will be sent to you via email.

1. Enter your username and password in the Customer Login section on the left of the page.
2. Click on the Login button to proceed.

3. Browsing the Product Catalogue

Once you have registered and logged in, you will be able to access the Catalogue of Products for Sale button from the top navigation bar of the website.

1. Please read the Terms and Conditions before you begin the ordering process.
2. The Catalogue of Products for Sale is divided into the following categories:
   
   • All Doonholm Products
   • Products on Promotion
   • Indigenous ground covers, perennials, shrubs and grasses
   • Exotic ground covers, perennials, shrubs and grasses
   • Healthy Living Herbs
   • Amigo and
   • Cover Itt.
3. Click on the required category to view products listed under it.
4. Click on a product name to view more product details, including images, price, product description and availability.
5. You can also search for specific product using the Product Search on the left side of each page.
6. While browsing product details pages, you are able to navigate between products using the navigation buttons directly below the navigation bar.

4. Ordering Products

On the Catalogue of Products for Sale page, you will find a section in the side bar called Your Shopping Basket. In your shopping basket is a Cart ; this is where the items you order will be displayed.

1. To add a product to your cart enter the required quantity of a product in the Quantity field and click on the Add to Cart button.
2. The Quantity field and Add to Cart button are displayed on the product list page, next to each product name; or at the bottom of each individual product description page.
3. Once you have added a product to your Cart by clicking on the Add to Cart button, a confirmation Notice will be displayed on the screen.
4. Click on the Continue button to carry on shopping OR click on the Cart button to view your Shopping Basket and proceed to Checkout.
5. The Cart screen displays a list of product items you have added your cart.
6. To update the quantity of an item add the new value in the Quantity field and click on the button.
7. To delete an item click on the button.
8. Make sure that your order is correct and click on Checkout.
9. The Checkout page displays the final details of your order. Enter your reference number into the field at the bottom of the page and click on the Confirm Order button.
10. To view your order details, click on the Order Details link under the confirmation notice on the confirmation screen.
11. A confirmation screen will be displayed and an order confirmation notice will be sent to your registered email address once the order has been placed.

You can also acces your Cart by clicking on the Show Cart button in Your Shopping Basket section on the left of the page.

5. Logging Out

You must log out of the registered area of the Doonholm website to end your session or you might experience difficulty when logging in for a new session.

1.  Click on the Logout button in the side bar, under the Customer Login section. This will end your current session and the Doonholm homepage will be displayed.
